Our Mission

I've always been passionate about cooking.

Growing up in a family of 7, both of my parents had a passion for culinary. As a child, I’ve always been the odd one out, being that I naturally gravitated toward a plant-based diet. I never understood why I had an aversion to meat, always being fearful to work with it, & never enjoyed eating it either. It wasn’t until I moved out on my own, that I finally explored a plant-based diet. Then, I discovered the truth of the animal agricultural industry & the other practices involving animals in non-food products. After that, I decided to officially become vegan.

Since then, I’ve put my passion for delicious vegan food to the test & created out-of-the-box meals that I haven’t had access to since going vegan. I’ve failed, learned, recreated, & succeeded in many new things that I wish I created years ago. Being active in the vegan community, I noticed the extreme desire for more vegan options. I’ve been able to do market research on what foods people desire the most & where there’s a lack of healthy options that cater to vegans.

Having a passion for delicious food, I love the freedom to be as creative as I want making anything & everything vegan. From Hispanic, to Italian, to cold cuts, to desserts, & beyond! With that being said, my dog Macy has been an incredible emotional support for me throughout my years. With her by my side, the name “Macy’s Mission” hit me with awe & inspiration. Now it became our mission, Macy’s Mission, to create all things vegan for everyone to enjoy.
